With every order Jodie provides a complementary consultation. Jodie is happy to come to you in person or this can be done over the phone. Consultation is used to discuss design, colour scheme, theme, flavour and fillings to perfectly match your requirements. There’s an option for tasting so you can sample a range of the different flavours on offer.

Ordering
All of Jodie’s cakes and confectionery are handmade and made to order so therefore all orders should be placed in advance. For small orders 3 days notice is sufficient or for larger bespoke orders please order at least 2 weeks in advance. To avoid disappointment it’s recommended orders are placed as far in advance as possible, however in some occasions Jodie will be able to accommodate last minute orders.
Due to McCarlie’s being a small made to order business there’s a minimum order of 12 same flavour cupcakes.
Please order over the phone or by filling out the form on the contact page with as much detail as possible including quantity, flavour, design, delivery date and address and if you require delivery and set up. Jodie will then contact you with a quote and an option for a consultation.

Delivery & Set Up
Jodie will personally hand deliver your cakes and/or confectionery or if you prefer you can collect your order. There may be a small fee depending on your location, please contact for a quote. If you require a delivery and set up service to a venue or location Jodie is happy to accommodate you. Please include delivery and set up location on your order form.

Stand Hire
At McCarlie’s there’s a selection of cupcake and cake pop stands available for hire for a small fee of £15 and a refundable deposit of £50. Please book your stand in advance as Jodie works on a first come first served basses. Stands are required to be returned within 5 days after the date of the function due to the demand for hire.

Payment
Full payment is required in advance for each order. If ordering well in advance a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of ordering and the remaining 75% paid two weeks before the delivery date. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash.
